Ordered 30 tonnes of galvanized H-pile sections (150 mm x 150 mm, AS/NZS 4680 equivalent) for a residential foundation project in Brisbane. Upon inspection, roughly 15% of sections measured 72–74 µm coating — below our 80 µm project minimum. Raised the issue with the support team; they arranged re-galvanizing of the affected sections and reshipped within 10 days at no extra cost. Final material passed our QA checks. The responsive handling of the complaint was reassuring — will consider reordering once lead time and first-pass quality consistency improve.
