Our first shipment of 50 MT of 0.45 mm G60 skin-passed coil had visible oil streaking on approximately 8% of coils, which was flagged by our customer. I raised the issue immediately and the supplier responded within 24 hours, arranged a third-party inspection, confirmed the cause was an oiling-system calibration issue, and issued a partial credit plus replacement coils within 18 days. Second shipment was perfect — uniform finish, coating weight on spec. The after-sales response was professional and transparent. Upgraded to a regular account since then.
