Acceptable Pattern Coils, Initial Coating Issue Resolved by Supplier
Received 5 tons of color-coated lentil pattern coil, 0.6mm thickness, 1200mm width, PE coating in white, for interior wall panels. On inspection, two coil sections showed minor PE coating adhesion inconsistency near the edges — approximately 0.3m affected per coil. Raised this with the supplier and they responded within 4 hours, acknowledged the issue, and arranged credit for the affected material on the next order. Pattern depth and base material specs were otherwise correct per the 3.1 certificates. Delivery was 20 working days as quoted. The after-sales handling was professional and the resolution was fair. We will trial another order to assess whether coating consistency has improved before committing to larger volumes.
