Ordered 6 tons of Q235B checkered steel coil, 1.5mm base thickness, 1000mm width for light-duty platform grating. Material quality itself was acceptable — yield strength at 237 MPa and pattern height within the 0.5–1.5mm range per the certificate. However, the custom-rolled order arrived on day 28 instead of the quoted 15–25 days, which caused a minor delay on our installation schedule. When we raised the issue, the sales team acknowledged the production delay and provided a partial freight credit, which was a fair resolution. The coil surface had one small oiling inconsistency on the outer wrap but nothing that affected usability. Would consider reordering if lead times improve.
