Ordered 25,000 meters of G657A2 for a last-mile access upgrade. The fiber itself performs to ITU-T G.657.A2 spec—attenuation and bend radius both confirmed in our lab. However, the initial shipment was missing batch-level traceability certificates which our procurement compliance requires. Raised the issue with the account team; full documentation was emailed within 48 hours and hard copies followed with the next shipment. The technical quality is not in question.
