Our first order of 40 reels of G652D arrived without the individual per-reel OTDR traces we had specified in the purchase order — only batch-level summaries were included. This was a problem for our client's handover documentation requirements. I raised it with the account team the same day. Within 48 hours, the full per-reel OTDR data was emailed across and a process note was added to our account for future orders. Cable performance itself was fine — attenuation at 1550 nm was 0.19 dB/km on the reels we independently tested. Issue resolved, but worth flagging for other buyers to specify documentation requirements clearly upfront.
