Ordered 10,000 meters of G.657.A1 cable for an enterprise campus network. On arrival, our QC team flagged coating diameter readings on two spools measuring 238 µm — slightly outside the 245 ±10 µm spec. We raised this with the supplier immediately. Their technical team responded within hours, acknowledged the variance, and arranged replacement spools dispatched within 5 business days.
