Ordered 35 reels of OM4 50µm for a 400G-ready data center pre-cabling project. The fiber itself tested correctly — attenuation and EMB met IEC 60793-2-10 specs without issue. However, four reels arrived with batch traceability labels that didn't match the packing list, which flagged during our incoming QA check and required us to pause installation. We contacted support and received corrected documentation within 24 hours, plus a written explanation of the labeling error in their production process. Problem was fully resolved and didn't affect our project timeline materially. Quality of the fiber is not in question — just tighten up the labeling process.
