Acceptable Quality with Initial Communication Delay
Ordered 15 tons of prepainted coils (0.5mm thickness, RAL 9002, Z100 substrate) for HVAC ductwork manufacturing. Product quality was acceptable with coating thickness at 17 microns, slightly lower than expected 20 microns but within acceptable range. Initial quote response took 14 hours instead of promised 8 hours due to time zone differences. Delivery was 23 days, meeting the stated timeline. Minor color variation between first and last coil (ΔE=1.2) but still usable for our application. Factory addressed concerns professionally and provided additional testing data. Material performed adequately in our fabrication process. Fair value for standard industrial applications.
