Initial width tolerance issue — resolved promptly by supplier

Our first order of 10 MT, 0.40 mm GI Z120 slit to 820 mm width, arrived with three coils measuring 823–825 mm — outside the agreed ±1 mm slit tolerance. We raised the issue immediately. The supplier acknowledged the deviation within hours, provided a formal corrective action report, and arranged replacement coils shipped within 7 days at no extra cost. Solid product, custom color matching took extra time but worth it

Ordered 5 MT of 0.25 mm DX53D base with HDP topcoat for interior decoration panels requiring a specific custom RAL match. The color matching process required two sample iterations over about 10 days before we approved the final swatch — longer than we hoped. However, the approved color was spot-on and the delivered coil held ΔE under 1.0 throughout. DFT at 20 µm topcoat was consistent. T-bend 0T performance was excellent for our tight-radius forming. Pricing for this specialty run was fair. Would plan lead time more generously next time.
