Color inconsistency in first shipment — resolved professionally
First order of 18 tons (0.50mm corrugated, RAL 7035 light grey) showed visible color variation between two coils when panels were installed side by side. Raised the issue with the technical team immediately. They acknowledged the delta-E deviation exceeded tolerance, arranged a partial replacement shipment within 12 days, and issued a credit for the affected material. The replacement coils were perfectly matched. The resolution process was handled professionally and without dispute. Quality control on the replacement batch was clearly tighter. Willing to order again given how the complaint was managed.
