However, the SGS inspection report was delayed by nearly a week past the agreed date, which held up our customs clearance. After escalating to the account manager, the issue was resolved and they expedited the documentation. They've since updated their process. Quality is genuinely good; just ensure documentation timelines are confirmed in writing upfront.
