Ordered 90 tons of 323.9mm OD x 9.5mm wall seamless pipe to ASTM A53 Grade B for foundation pile casings in Houston. When the shipment arrived, heat number markings on roughly 15% of the lengths were partially illegible due to what appeared to be a paint overspray issue during bundling. This created a traceability concern for our site inspector. I contacted the support team immediately — they responded within two hours, arranged a re-marking protocol with photographic documentation, and provided a supplementary MTC cross-reference table. Issue was resolved within 48 hours. Product mechanical properties were fully compliant. Communication during the resolution was professional and I would consider ordering again.
