Ordered 20 tons of 0.5mm Z275 corrugated sheets for a logistics facility in Dubai. The product itself met specifications and coating adhesion was confirmed via our local lab against EN 10346. However, the initial shipment arrived without the full set of mill test certificates we had specified in the purchase order, which held up our client's approval process for about four days. After escalating to the account manager, the complete documentation was emailed within 24 hours and a hard copy followed with the next shipment. Issue was resolved professionally. Suggest the team strengthen their pre-shipment document checklist. Would consider ordering again.
