Our first order of 1,800 scaffolding tubes, 48.3mm OD x 3.2mm WT, ASTM A53 certified, arrived with bundle labeling that did not match the packing list heat numbers. This created a hold-up during our client's incoming material inspection. I raised the issue with the supplier and they responded within four hours, issued corrected documentation the same day, and arranged for a third-party inspector to physically verify the heat traceability on-site. The underlying material quality was not in question — mechanical properties were confirmed correct. The supplier also implemented a revised labeling checklist for our subsequent order, which arrived without any issues. Willing to continue ordering given the responsive resolution.
