We ordered 30 tonnes of 80×40×4mm primed RHS to ASTM A500 Grade B for agricultural equipment frames. On receipt, roughly 15% of the bundle showed thin primer coverage on one face, likely a handling issue during the coating process. We raised it immediately and the supplier arranged a credit and dispatched replacement sections within 10 days — no dispute, no delays. The steel substrate and mechanical properties were fine throughout. The after-sales response was handled professionally, which matters. We're giving this a fair rating because the core product is good and the issue was addressed; we'll trial another order to see if the coating QC has improved.
