Ordered 8,000 meters of 12-fiber G.657A2 LSZH cable for a UK commercial refurbishment. The shipment arrived on time and optical performance met IEC 60794 specs, but the initial package was missing the IEC 60332-3 flame-retardancy certificate required by our client's building control officer. I contacted support and received the full certified test report within 48 hours, well before installation commenced. The cable itself performed correctly — bend radius in tight conduit runs was well within the 10× diameter spec. Issue resolved; would consider reordering.
