We ordered 12,000 meters of 24F OM4 LSZH riser-rated cable for a healthcare campus network. The fiber itself tested well — bandwidth and attenuation met ISO/IEC 11801 OM4 specs. However, the initial shipment was missing the IEC 60332-1 flame test certificates required by our client's compliance team, which delayed installation by four days. After escalating to the supplier's technical team, the full certificate package was emailed within 12 hours and hard copies followed by courier. The issue has been completely resolved and the supplier updated their standard documentation checklist. We would consider ordering again with this confirmed.
