Our first order of 40,000 meters of OS2 armored SMF cable showed UV-cured acrylate coating irregularities on approximately 8% of sampled fiber lengths, flagged during incoming QC against our ITU-T G.652D acceptance criteria. We raised this immediately with their technical team, who responded within 4 hours, reviewed our OTDR and visual inspection data, and arranged a replacement shipment for the affected reels within 10 days at no cost. The replacement batch passed all tests. The issue resolution was handled professionally, but the initial QC miss was a concern. Subsequent orders have been clean.
