Cable quality fine, initial shipment had documentation gap
We ordered 12-fiber G.657B3 LSZH cables rated for 5mm minimum bend radius for a confined-space installation in Dubai. The cable itself performed well — macrobend loss was within spec and the 2.8mm diameter worked perfectly in our conduit. However, the initial shipment was missing IEC 60793 test certificates, which we needed for client handover. After contacting support, the full documentation was emailed within 24 hours and hard copies followed with the next delivery. Issue resolved, but worth noting for compliance-sensitive projects. Quality of the cable itself was not in question.
