Initial shipment had documentation gap — resolved promptly by supplier
Ordered 25,000 meters of 12-fiber OM4 multimode indoor cable for a university campus upgrade project. The cable itself performed well — attenuation and IEC 60794-2 dimensional specs were within tolerance on all tested reels. However, the initial shipment arrived without the UL certification documentation our procurement team required for the contract. I contacted the technical support team and the correct UL and RoHS certificates were emailed within four hours. The issue was administrative rather than a product quality problem. Supplier was responsive and professional in resolving it. Would order again with documentation requirements confirmed upfront.
