Our order of 12-core G.657A aerial cable for a rural broadband project in Wales arrived 11 days later than the original schedule due to a port congestion issue. This caused a minor site delay. However, the supplier's logistics team communicated proactively throughout and provided revised ETAs daily. Once received, the cable met all specified parameters — attenuation at 0.20 dB/km at 1550 nm, bend radius performance per G.657A standard confirmed. RoHS compliance certificate was in order.
