Ordered 316L plate in 10mm thickness to ASTM A240, approximately 4 tons, for pressure vessel fabrication requiring EN 10204 3.2 certification with third-party inspector sign-off. When documents arrived, the inspector endorsement page was missing from two heat numbers. Raised this with the sales team immediately — replacement documentation with correct 3.2 sign-off was provided within 48 hours, which kept us on schedule. The plate itself was fully compliant: carbon content 0.025%, tensile strength 560 MPa, all within spec. Cut-to-size accuracy was good. Issue was administrative, not a quality problem, and the response was efficient. Would consider ordering again.
