Our first order of 201 sheets at 0.6mm for automotive interior trim components showed thickness variation of ±0.08mm on roughly 15 sheets out of 200, slightly outside our agreed tolerance. We raised this with the supplier immediately. To their credit, replacement sheets were dispatched within 4 business days and a revised QC checklist was shared for future orders. ASTM A240 certification and MTR were provided throughout. The resolution was handled professionally. We have since placed a follow-up order and quality on that batch was fully within specification.
