Initial flatness issue on thin gauge — resolved satisfactorily
First order was 2 tonnes of Grade 304, 0.5mm cold rolled sheet, 2B finish, 1000mm × 2000mm. On arrival, roughly 15% of sheets showed slight coil set that caused fitment problems on our laser cutting table. Raised the issue with the supplier immediately — they responded within one business day, arranged a partial replacement shipment within 10 days, and applied tension levelling to the replacement material at no additional cost. Replacement sheets were flat and performed well. The after-sales response was genuinely good. Deducting two stars for the initial quality lapse, but the resolution process gives me confidence to try a second order.
