First order of 304 brushed (No.4 finish) rectangular tube in 50x25x2mm flagged a minor inconsistency in brushing direction on roughly 15% of pieces, which would have been visible in our architectural application. Raised the issue with the supplier immediately. They responded within 12 hours, arranged replacement of the affected lengths at no additional cost, and the replacement shipment arrived within 10 days. Replacement quality was correct and consistent. Issue handling was professional and efficient. Will give them another order based on how they managed the resolution.
