Initial Dimension Issue Resolved — Product Now Meets Expectations
First shipment of 10 tons (C180×70×2.5mm) had a few pieces where flange width measured 71.2mm — slightly outside the ±0.5mm tolerance. Flagged this with the supplier and they responded within 24 hours, replaced the affected pieces at no charge on our next order, and showed us updated QC inspection photos for subsequent production. Second batch of 12 tons was perfect. Yield strength and impact toughness both met GB/T 700 requirements. Appreciate the accountability — would order again now that QC seems tightened.
