Ordered 500 pieces of galvanized C-purlin, 150mm x 60mm x 2.0mm, Z275 coating for a coastal shed project. First batch of about 80 pieces had zinc coating below Z250 in spot checks, which concerned us given the marine environment. Raised the issue with their QC department — they responded quickly, provided additional test data, and shipped replacement pieces for the affected batch at no charge. Remaining stock tested fine. Problem was handled professionally, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. Would give them another chance.
