Ordered 6 MT of C200×65×2.5 lipped channels for a cable management project. When the shipment arrived in Sheffield, we noticed some bundles had incorrect grade labels—marked A36 instead of A572 Gr.50. Raised the issue with their support team and they responded within hours, cross-referencing heat numbers against the MTCs to confirm the material was indeed Gr.50 as ordered. They sent corrected documentation the next day and offered a small credit for the inconvenience. The actual product quality was fine—dimensions and coating were on point. Giving 3 stars mainly because labeling accuracy matters in our industry, but I acknowledge they handled the resolution well.
