Our first order was 400 tonnes of R260 60E1 rails in 50 m lengths for a test track section. Upon inspection, about 8% of the rails showed minor surface irregularities on the rail foot that exceeded our internal acceptance criteria, though they were technically within EN tolerance. We raised the concern and their quality team responded within 48 hours, arranged replacement rails shipped at no extra cost, and implemented additional surface inspection steps for our account. The replacement rails were flawless. Appreciated the responsive handling—we've since placed a follow-up order with confidence.
