Initial coating issue resolved professionally
Ordered 110 tons HEA180 S235JR for multi-story parking structure. First inspection showed coating adhesion at 4.2 MPa, slightly below the stated 5 MPa. Contacted support immediately and they arranged re-blasting for affected beams at no charge. Retested at 5.4 MPa. The yield strength (241 MPa) and dimensional accuracy were perfect throughout. Appreciated their quick resolution and accountability. Now confident ordering larger quantities.
