Initial Width Tolerance Issue — Resolved Promptly by Supplier
First order of 40 tons of 0.40 mm corrugated PPGI (Z120, PE coat, RAL 7016 anthracite grey, 1,000 mm width) showed width variance of ±0.05 mm on roughly 8% of sheets — outside the ±0.02 mm spec in our PO. I flagged this with the technical team immediately. They reviewed our CMM measurement data, confirmed the non-conformance, and arranged a partial replacement shipment within 12 days at no additional cost. The replacement batch was fully within spec. MTC and ASTM A653 compliance docs were accurate throughout. Issue was resolved professionally. Cautiously optimistic about the second order.
