Ordered 60 units of MPO 12-fiber OM4 trunk cables for a data center pilot in Dallas. Two connectors in the batch showed insertion loss of 0.35 dB — well above the ≤0.10 dB spec — flagged during our incoming inspection using OTDR. I raised the issue with support and received replacement units within 4 business days, no questions asked. The replacement cables tested perfectly. The QC miss was disappointing given the 100% end-face inspection claim, but the resolution was fast and professional. Will give them another chance on the next order.
