Our order of 48-core G.652D ADSS cable on 3,000 m reels arrived with two reels whose fibre count labels were transposed—a paperwork issue, not a cable defect. This caused a half-day delay on-site while we verified via OTDR that the actual fiber counts were correct (they were). I reported it and received a corrective action report and revised documentation within 24 hours. The cable itself met all specs: attenuation 0.19 dB/km, crush resistance above 1,000 N/100 mm. Issue is resolved and I'm satisfied with how it was handled. Would consider reordering.
