Ordered 3 tons of 316L angles (50mm × 50mm × 5mm) with No.4 polished finish for visible architectural handrail supports on a riverside development. About 15% of the pieces in the first delivery had minor surface scratches that didn't meet our architect's aesthetic requirements. I raised this with their customer service team and to their credit, they responded quickly, shipped replacement pieces within two weeks at no additional cost, and improved the protective packaging for the replacements. The material quality and dimensional accuracy were fine throughout — it was purely a surface handling issue. Would order again but will specify enhanced packaging upfront.
