Ordered 40 tonnes of 32 mm Grade 60 bars for a Florida coastal foundation project requiring full ASTM A615 compliance documentation. The bars themselves tested well — yield strength 431 MPa, elongation 14.5% — but the MTC package initially arrived without the heat number cross-reference our inspector required. This caused a two-day hold on our pour schedule. After raising the issue, the supplier emailed the corrected documentation within four hours and followed up with a process improvement confirmation. Product quality was not in question. Documentation process has since been addressed and we are considering a follow-up order.
