Ordered 40,000 meters of 96-core G.652D aerial cable for a smart city backbone project in Dubai. The cable itself performed well — attenuation at 1550 nm was ≤0.20 dB/km and operating temperature tolerance up to +70°C is critical for our climate. However, the initial shipment was missing the required third-party REACH compliance test report, which caused a two-day delay at customs. After contacting the support team, the documentation was emailed within four hours and the issue was fully resolved. Cable quality and technical specs are not in question — documentation process just needs tightening.
