First order of 22 tons of 0.47 mm corrugated sheets for a school roofing project in Leeds. On inspection, approximately 3% of panels in one coil showed minor primer adhesion inconsistency at the cut edges, flagged against our EN 10169 acceptance criteria. Raised the issue with the supplier immediately — they responded within four hours, arranged a third-party inspection, and replaced the affected coil within eight business days at no extra cost. Remaining 97% of material was fully compliant. The after-sales response was genuinely professional and we are willing to trial a second order.
