First order of 15 tons of 0.4mm polyester-coated sheet in a custom RAL color showed slight gloss variation between two coil lots — measured difference was about 8 GU at 60°, noticeable side by side. Raised the issue immediately; the supplier's technical team responded within 4 hours, reviewed our photos, and confirmed a calibration drift during that production run. They arranged replacement coils within 12 days at no additional cost and provided updated QC documentation. Subsequent delivery was consistent and within spec. Appreciate the responsive handling — gives us confidence to continue the relationship cautiously.
