Initial documentation gap resolved — product quality is sound
Our first order of 35 MT of 0.6 mm SMP-coated panels (Z200) for a Dubai industrial workshop hit a delay because the mill test certificates did not initially include the chromate-free passivation declaration required by our client's environmental policy. We flagged this on day three after shipment booking. The supplier's technical team issued the correct documentation within 48 hours and also provided a third-party lab confirmation at no extra charge. Product itself passed all our QC checks — coating adhesion, hardness, and salt spray per ASTM B117. Process has since improved and we have placed a follow-up order.
