Initial coating adhesion query — resolved satisfactorily
Our first order of 15 MT of 0.35 mm PE-coated SPCC coil showed minor adhesion inconsistency on two coils during our cross-hatch test per ASTM D3359. We raised the issue immediately. The supplier's technical team responded within 24 hours, arranged third-party re-inspection, and confirmed a passivation process variance on that batch. Replacement coils were shipped within two weeks at no extra cost. Subsequent coils all passed our incoming QC. Issue was handled professionally and we have since placed a follow-up order.
