Initial shipment had coil weight discrepancy — resolved satisfactorily after follow-up

We placed a trial order of 8 MT of 0.45 mm HDP-coated sheet to evaluate this supplier for a longer-term contract. The coating quality itself was fine — cross-cut adhesion at Grade 0, gloss retention acceptable after QUV-B testing. However, two coils in the shipment came in approximately 4% under the stated coil weight, which created a material shortfall on-site. I raised this with the sales team, and to their credit they responded within hours, issued a credit note, and arranged supplementary material in the next available shipment. Issue is resolved, and the coating specs were never in question. Upgrading to 4 stars on next order if logistics are tighter.

Solid supplier for bulk roofing sheet — documentation could be more detailed upfront

We purchased 35 MT of 0.60 mm SMP-coated color steel sheet for warehouse roofing projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Material quality met our requirements — tensile strength verified at 520 MPa, and salt spray performance is holding well in the Gulf climate. Pricing was competitive for the volume. One area for improvement: the initial shipment documentation package was missing the full EN 10169 test report and had to be requested separately, which caused a short delay at customs. Good value for 0.35 mm PE sheet — minor RAL color variance noted but acceptable

Ordered 18 MT of 0.35 mm polyester-coated sheet in RAL 3009 for wall cladding on a light industrial unit. Pricing was competitive and the Z275 substrate quality was solid — T-bend flexibility tested at 1T, which suits our forming process. Only minor note: the color shade was very slightly lighter than our reference RAL chip, though still within commercial tolerance. Not a project-stopper, and the supplier acknowledged it promptly. Overall a good cost-performance ratio for standard PE grade. Would consider PVDF for next order where color consistency is more critical.
