Initial color variance issue — resolved professionally after escalation
Ordered 20 MT of 0.4mm polyester PPGI in RAL 3009 for prefab wall panels. On arrival, two coils showed visible ΔE deviation exceeding our 0.5 tolerance, inconsistent with the rest of the batch. Raised the issue with the technical team — they acknowledged the variance, provided a corrected batch within 10 days at no additional freight cost, and issued a credit note. The replacement coils were within spec. GB/T 12754 documentation was complete throughout. Process was frustrating initially but the resolution was handled professionally. Quality control seems to have improved since then based on our subsequent smaller test order.
