Ordered 40 MT of PPGI at 0.40mm with epoxy primer and polyester topcoat for light industrial enclosure production. On arrival, cross-hatch adhesion tests on three coils from one batch showed borderline results — not a clear failure but below our internal acceptance threshold. We reported this with photographic evidence. The supplier's technical team responded within 24 hours, reviewed our test methodology, and agreed the batch was marginal. A replacement consignment was dispatched within two weeks and passed all adhesion tests per EN 10169 criteria. The resolution process was professional. Willing to trial again on next requirement.
