Initial shipment had width tolerance issue — resolved professionally
First order of 40 tons, 0.45 mm S350GD at 1,200 mm width. On arrival, roughly 15% of coils measured 1,202–1,204 mm — outside the stated ±1 mm tolerance — which caused fitment issues on our roll-forming line. Raised the issue with technical support; they responded within 24 hours, arranged a third-party re-inspection, and provided replacement coils plus a logistics credit within two weeks. Subsequent delivery was fully within spec. Appreciated the transparent handling. Cautiously optimistic for future orders pending consistent quality.
