Initial color deviation issue — resolved satisfactorily
Ordered 6 tons of 3003-H14 at 0.60 mm in RAL 5015 sky blue for architectural cladding. When the shipment arrived, we measured ΔE 1.4 on approximately 15% of sheets — outside our ΔE ≤ 1.0 tolerance per spec. We raised a formal NCR immediately. The supplier responded within 48 hours, accepted the deviation report, and arranged replacement sheets at no additional cost within 12 days. Replacement batch measured ΔE 0.6 — fully compliant. The after-sales handling was professional and fast. Knocking off two stars for the initial issue, but their response process restored confidence for future orders.
