Hot Dip Galvanized Color Coating Manufacturing Process

Production begins with cold-rolled steel coils fed through a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line, where the substrate is immersed in a molten zinc bath maintained at approximately 450°C to achieve a uniform zinc-iron alloy bond. The galvanized strip then undergoes surface passivation and chromate or chromate-free treatment before entering the color coating line. Competitive Pricing on EN 10169 Material — Would Benefit from More Color Stock
