Color variance on first shipment — resolved promptly by supplier
Ordered 40 tonnes of 0.6 mm PE-coated color steel sheet in RAL 1013 for a commercial development in Dubai. The first shipment showed a visible color variance between two coil batches — noticeable when panels were installed side-by-side. We raised the issue with the sales team, who investigated within 24 hours, confirmed a batch mixing error, and arranged replacement panels at no additional cost within 15 days. Replacement batch was perfectly consistent. Zinc coating (Z275) and tensile specs (≥550 MPa) were correct throughout. Issue has been resolved satisfactorily and we're cautiously placing a second order.
