Initial color mismatch resolved — product quality is sound
Our first order of 3,200 m² of 0.42 mm BMT corrugated panels in PE coating arrived with a visible gloss variation between two production batches — panels from different coil heats were noticeably mismatched when installed adjacently. We raised the issue immediately. The supplier's technical team responded within 24 hours, confirmed the root cause as a PMT deviation on one coil batch, and arranged replacement panels at no additional cost, delivered within 14 days. The replacement material was correct and consistent. AS 1397 compliance documentation was accurate throughout. Issue has been fully resolved, and we are considering a follow-up order.
