Initial shipment had minor edge burr issues — resolved promptly
We ordered 10 tons of 0.35 mm scratch resistant sheet, slit to 950 mm width, for interior partition panels. On arrival, approximately 15% of coils had minor edge burrs from slitting that required additional deburring on our line, adding processing time. We raised the issue immediately and the supplier's technical team responded within 24 hours, acknowledged the slitting tolerance deviation, and arranged a partial credit plus priority replacement coils within two weeks. Replacement material was clean and within spec. The willingness to resolve the problem quickly restored our confidence. Would consider ordering again.
